The Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University has launched the “Retraining & Coaching ICT Professionals” Program which aims to develop a mass of highly talented ICT professionals to serve the country’s urgent development for digital transformation in Thailand 4.0, as well as to benefit their organizations by using digital advancement to transform enterprises in the era of globalization. This program is taught by the faculty members as well as experts in IT field. The two courses that have been started this month are as follows:

  • “ICT Project Management Best Practices” which is being taught by Emeritus Professor Dr. Supachai Tangwongsan, from 9th July – 10th August 2019, every Tuesdays, 6.00 – 9.00 p.m. and every Saturdays, 2.00 – 5.00 p.m.
  • “Data Science for Business Transformation” which is being taught by Apirak Hoonlor, every Thursdays and Saturdays, from 11th July – 10th August 2019, 6.00 – 9.00 p.m.

The training styles used in these programs are lecturing, case studies, group or case discussions as well as coaching which are similar to the successful models being used in Harvard Business School. All courses in this program will take 30 hours of training or 3 hours per time, twice a week which will last for 5 weeks.

Another 2 courses, “Agile Software Development Best Practices” which is scheduled to start on 22nd August 2019,   and “Information Security Management Best Practices” which is scheduled to start on 20th August 2019, are now open for registration.
