Bachelor of Science in \n\n\tDigital Science and Technology<\/span> or DST Program is a Thai Program, that focuses on enhancing students\u2019 knowledge and critical skills in Digital Science and Technology. By Integrating theory and practice, students are ensured that they will be able to analyze and solve real problems in the digital industry. The program also focuses on operational training, allowing students to practice hands-on learning with leading digital companies in Thailand. The program\u2019s main disciplines cover bleeding edge technologies: Internet of Things, Data Science, Cyber Security and Software Engineering.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bachelor of Science in Digital Science and Technology (Thai Program) focuses on enhancing students\u2019 knowledge and critical skills in Digital Science and Technology. By Integrating theory and practice, students are ensured that they will be able to analyze and solve real problems in the digital industry. Furthermore, the program also focuses on operational training, allowing students to practice hands-on learning with leading digital companies in Thailand. The program emphasizes the importance of internships in which the students are required to do their short-term internships (2 months) in the 3rd<\/sup>\u00a0semesters of their 2nd<\/sup>\u00a0year and 3rd<\/sup>\u00a0year, and attend a cooperative education program (4 months) in the 1st<\/sup>\u00a0semester of their 4th<\/sup>\u00a0year. In addition, the students are required to conduct senior projects which encourage them to learn and solve problems from real situations in order to prepare themselves for their future career paths.<\/p>\n

    The program is Outcome-Based Education (OBE) in which students are the key components and the center of the program (learning-centered education). In addition, the program emphasizes the knowledge enhancement process and digital science and technology skills so that students are able to gain knowledge and understanding through the combination of experiences and ideas (Constructivism). Students will be able to apply their acquired knowledge to analyze and solve real problems in the digital industry ethically and appropriately. Furthermore, the program aims to produce students who are eager to learn new things, creative, innovative, ready to be crucial IT talent in developing and leveraging the country\u2019s competitiveness, as well as have qualities of desirable graduates of Mahidol University.<\/p>\n
