ICT Mahidol alumni won gold prize from the “Young Rising Stars for Science Award 2020” (YRSS2020), held by the Science Society of Thailand under the Patronage of H.M. The King

Mr. Apakorn Kengkanna, Mr. Puttawit Srianuwatphong and Miss Warisa Kittisupakul, ICT Mahidol alumni, whose research project entitled “PB-Pro: Potential Active Compounds Screening and Prediction for RB Patients using Precision Medicine”, under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jarernsri L. Mitrpanont, Senior Advisor of Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, won gold prize from the “Young Rising Stars for Science Award 2020” (YRSS2020), held by the Science Society of Thailand under the Patronage of H.M. The King. The award was presented at the 46th International Congress on Science, Technology and Technology-based Innovation (STT46), Ramkhamhaeng University, during 5-7 October, 2020.

The “Young Rising Stars for Science Award 2020” (YRSS2020) aimed to recognize and reward Bachelor Degree of Science’s senior students whose undergraduate research projects (Senior Projects) are outstanding, and support them to become competent scientists and technologists who will help elevate the growth potential of Thailand’s economy and society.
