ICT Mahidol Received “Outstanding Workplace Safety Award” from the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare

          On June 25, 2025, Dr. Petch Sajjacholapunt, Deputy Dean for Administration and Human Resource of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), represented the Dean in receiving the “Outstanding Workplace Safety Award.” The certificate was presented by Mr. Thongchai Inthaphong, Provincial Labour Protection and Welfare Officer of Nakhon Pathom, at Kingdao Meeting Room, Whale Hotel, Nakhon Pathom.

          On this occasion, Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat, Dean, and Lect. Snit Sanghlao, Assistant Dean for Engineering and Environment, also joined in congratulating the achievement. This year, the Faculty of ICT received the “Outstanding Workplace Safety” Certificate of Honor from the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare for the eighth consecutive year. The official results were officially announced on August 2, 2024.

          This award is part of the “Workplace Safety” initiative under the Safety Project, which aims to instill a culture of safety and health among students before they enter the workforce. The project seeks to promote understanding of preventive safety measures, occupational health, and workplace environments, while fostering positive attitudes and a strong safety mindset in future young workers.
