On July 25, 2025, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), organized a training session on “Creative Technology & Media Guide: Advancing Educational Innovation in the Digital Era with AI and Immersive Platform” for approximately 30 guidance and computer teachers from 13 high schools nationwide. The session was led by Miss Sirirat Wittayakunsatid, Audio-Visual Technical Officer from the Audio Visual and Digital Learning Media Development Division, who served as the speaker to share insightful knowledge on the foundational concepts of creative technology and media, AI tools for teachers, and AI functions in Canva. Participants were also introduced to immersive platforms such as Spatial & Roblox, which is designed to support virtual learning and presentations. Additionally, the session covered essential topics on AI ethics and media responsibility. The activity took place at the IT104 Computer Lab, 1st Floor, ICT Building, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
At the conclusion of the program, Dr. Pisit Praiwattana, Assistant Dean for Organizational Communications and Media Technology, introduced academic programs and admission requirements of ICT Mahidol for the academic year 2026, including the Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology (ICT International Program), and the Bachelor of Science in Digital Science and Technology (DST Thai Program). Afterwards, Dr. Pisit Praiwattana also presented certificates to all participants and delivered the closing remarks for the session.
The “Creative Technology & Media Guide: Advancing Educational Innovation in the Digital Era with AI and Immersive Platform” was organized with the aim of strengthening connections with secondary schools and promote greater awareness of ICT Mahidol.
