The Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol) received an outstanding level certificate for the “Workplace Safety Award 2025” from the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare. This marks the 9th consecutive year that ICT Mahidol has earned this prestigious recognition. The announcement was made on August 8, 2025.
The objectives of the “Workplace Safety Award 2025” are to cultivate a culture of safety and occupational health among students, preparing them for their future careers. The award aims to instill this culture across all sectors in Thailand and to encourage educational institutions nationwide to comply with workplace safety standards, thereby creating safe learning environments for their students. It also seeks to enhance awareness and positive attitudes toward safety, occupational health, and the working environment among young people before they enter the labor market.
