ICT Mahidol students advanced to the Top 10 finalist teams in the “MUTARA Hackathon 2025”

The Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol) would like to congratulate 2 student teams from the Bachelor of Science Program in Information and Communication Technology (ICT International Program) on advancing to the 10 finalist teams in the “MUTARA Hackathon 2025,” under the theme “Technology Innovation for Caregiver Wellness Solution,” as follows:

The “MUTARA Hackathon 2025” was organized by Thai Murata Electronics Trading Co., Ltd., in collaboration with the Faculty of Medical Technology, the Faculty of Engineering, and the Institute of Technology and Innovation Management (iNT), Mahidol University. The competition aimed to provide opportunities for students to develop innovative thinking and creative problem-solving skills, and to improve the quality of life of caregivers and the elderly in Thai society. The competition comprised 2 rounds:

  • Round 1 – Top 10 Selection (Idea Presentation Deck): Participants received a challenge from the judges and prepared an Idea Presentation Deck explaining their proposed idea, project, or innovation. This round ran from September 4 to October 5, 2025, and the Top 10 teams were announced on October 17,
  • Round 2 – Final Pitching Round: Finalist teams presented their work to the judging panel on November 8, 2025 at the Faculty of Medical Technology, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
