ICT Mahidol Student Won a Bronze Medal in the Board Games Competition (Go category) at the 51st Thailand University Games, “Inthanin Games 2026”

The Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), would like to extend its congratulations to Mr. Veerawat Thunyatawee, a second-year student in the Bachelor of Science Program in Information and Communication Technology (ICT International Program), for winning a bronze medal in the Men’s Individual Go Board Game Competition at the 51st Thailand University Games, “Inthanin Games 2026.” The competition was held on January 12, 2026 at the School of Administrative Studies, Maejo University.

The 51st Thailand University Games, “Inthanin Games 2026,” took place under the theme “Smart Spirit Sport Sustainability: Play with Spirit, Think Creatively, Inspire the Next Generation, and Embrace Sustainability.” The Games were held from January 9 to 19, 2026 at Maejo University, Chiang Mai, with athletes from more than 109 higher education institutions nationwide competing in 40 sports.

The Faculty of ICT would like to commend the student on this achievement. This accomplishment is a great source of pride for the Faculty.
