On January 30, 2026, Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat, Dean of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), signed an Academic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mr. Wongkot Vijacksungsithi, Senior Executive Vice President of Digital Business, National Telecom Public Company Limited. The ceremony was witnessed by Asst. Prof. Dr. Thanapon Noraset, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vasaka Visoottiviseth, Chair of the Master of Science Program in Cyber Security and Information Assurance, Faculty of ICT, together with Ms. Kannikar Varakarmin, Vice President of Cybersecurity Product Department, Mr. Kesmanas Mairiang, Senior Director – Advisor to Cybersecurity Business Department, Mr. Touchpagorn Pinyowanichaka, Department Manager of Cybersecurity Business Development, and staff members from National Telecom Public Company Limited. The ceremony was held in Room IT404, 4th floor, Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), and National Telecom Public Company Limited aims to support the development of human resource capabilities in digital technology and cybersecurity. In addition, the agreement promotes professional training, as well as the exchange of knowledge and practical experience to strengthen digital and cybersecurity collaboration between the two institutions.
