On October 15, 2025, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), in collaboration with Netbay Public Company Limited, organized the “Agile Scrum LEGO Workshop: Learning Agile & Scrum with LEGO” for high school students and Mahidol University students at Rooms IT405–406, ICT Mahidol, Salaya Campus. The event was opened by Asst. Prof. Dr. Tipajin Thaipisutikul, Assistant Dean for Academic Services and Technology Transfer, and featured a team of experts from Netbay PCL as guest speakers. The workshop covered core concepts of Agile and Scrum framework, including flexible ways of thinking and key roles—Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Developer Team. Participants were introduced to practical Scrum activities—Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Review, and Retrospective—and engaged in hands-on LEGO exercises simulating Agile workflows to strengthen communication, planning, rapid problem-solving, and quality delivery under time constraints.
The objective of the workshop was to deepen understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework, with an emphasis on learning by doing through LEGO-based exercises that concretely connect theory to real-world practice.
