On May 8 – 9, 2025, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), organized a workshop on “Enhancing the Capacity of Vocational Teachers toward Professional Researchers and Facilitators (R&F).” On this occasion, Dr. Thitima Rojwatcharapiban, Director of the Bureau of TVET Personnel Competency Development, gave the opening remarks. Following that, Asst. Prof. Dr. Tipajin Thaipisutikul, Assistant Dean for Academic Services and Technology Transfer, served as a lecturer to share knowledge on how to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support research development with vocational teachers and personnel at the Bureau of TVET Personnel Competency Development, Bangkok.
The workshop titled “Enhancing the Capacity of Vocational Teachers toward Professional Researchers and Facilitators (R&F)” was conducted under the Customized Training Program. The primary objective of the workshop was to strengthen research competencies of vocational teachers, which serve as an essential foundation for fostering innovation in teaching and addressing challenges within the classroom. Additionally, the program enhances the ability of vocational educators and personnel to serve as facilitators in promoting participatory learning processes. This role enables them to develop and design learning activities that encourage creativity and foster deeper understanding among vocational students, leading to more effective teaching outcomes.
