ICT Mahidol Organized Workshop on “Essential Digital Tools for Workplace (DGA102)” Batch 4, Fiscal Year 2026

On January 12 – 14, 2026, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), in collaboration with the Thailand Digital Government Academy (TDGA), organized a workshop titled “Essential Digital Tools for Workplace (DGA102),” Batch 4, Fiscal Year 2026.

The workshop was honored by the presence of Asst. Prof. Dr. Tipajin Thaipisutikul, Assistant Dean for Academic Services and Technology Transfer; Miss Siriporn Rojanakosol, Assistant Dean for Information Technology; Dr. Sujika Srinuntakul, Assistant Dean for Quality Development and Knowledge Management; and Mr. Prach Chaisiri, Computer Technical Officer from the Information and Systems Division — all of whom served as instructors, sharing their expertise in using digital tools to enhance skills and improve work efficiency. The training was attended by 38 participants from various government agencies, and took place at TK Palace Hotel & Convention, Bangkok.

The workshop on “Essential Digital Tools for Workplace (DGA102)” was designed to enhance the understanding and practical skills of participants—particularly government officers— in the effective and efficient use of digital tools. The course focuses on developing three main competencies: creating professional presentations and documents, managing and analyzing data, and integrating AI technologies into workplace processes. The training features hands-on learning with a variety of digital tools, including:

  • Microsoft PowerPoint for creative and impactful presentations
  • Microsoft Word for professional document creation
  • Microsoft Excel for efficient data organization, analysis, and visualization
  • Basic AI applications in government work, prompt-engineering techniques for government tasks, and AI ethics and copyright considerations

Ultimately, the workshop aimed to equip participants with the knowledge needed to drive change within their organizations and to prepare them for a technology-driven work environment.
