On June 7, 2025, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), organized an online training program for interested individuals on the topic of “Fundamentals of Business Process Management.” The session was honored by the presence of Asst. Prof. Dr. Srisupa Palakvangsa Na Ayudhya, an instructor in the Computer Science Academic Group and a member of the Software Engineering and Business Analytics Research Clusters (SEBA), who served as the speaker to share knowledge on the fundamentals of business process management, the business process lifecycle, business process modeling and analysis, concepts for process redesign, and the application of business process management in real-world scenarios. The session was conducted virtually via the Microsoft Teams platform.
The main objective of this program was to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to systematically understand, design, and develop business processes. Additionally, the program aimed to encourage participants to apply business process management concepts, enabling them to manage their business operations or organizational tasks more efficiently and professionally.
