On November 5, 2025, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), in collaboration with The Mall Group Co., Ltd., organized an academic seminar as part of MUICT-AST The Series, titled “Future-Proof Marketing: Loyalty, Sustainability, and the Power of AI.”
The event was honored by the presence of Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat, Dean of the Faculty of ICT, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Tipajin Thaipisutikul, Assistant Dean for Academic Services and Technology Transfer, who warmly welcomed the executive team from The Mall Group, including:

On this occasion, Mr. Natee Srirussamee, SVP – Digital Retail & Strategic Alliance, graciously served as the keynote speaker and delivered a special lecture on “Future-Proof Marketing: Loyalty, Sustainability, and the Power of AI,” sharing his insights on modern marketing with students, staff, alumni of Mahidol University, and interested participants. The session took place in Room IT405, ICT Building, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
The MUICT-AST The Series seminar aimed to strengthen competencies in digital/AI-driven marketing competencies among students, staff, alumni, and interested participnats; prepare them for future business trends; as well as promote collaboration between the university and the industry through knowledge exchange and practical case studies.
