On November 19, 2025, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), organized the “ICT Mahidol x NETH & TDET” under the topics “Software Development in Modern Vehicles” and “Introduction to the Company’s Training Programs.” The event was honored by the presence of Asst. Prof. Dr. Siripen Pongpaichet, Assistant Dean for Information and Systems and Chair of the Bachelor of Science in Digital Science and Technology (DST Thai Program), together with Asst. Prof. Dr. Dolvara Guna-Tilaka, an instructor in the Computer Science Academic Group, who delivered welcoming remarks and the opening speech. The session was also honored by the presence of speakers from Toyota Tsusho Nexty Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Toyota Tsusho Denso Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd., including Mr. Kosin Pattanon, STEO Manager, Mr. Thanawat Rattanakwamdee, and Mr. Patthaweekan Panplab, Software Engineers and ICT Mahidol alumni from the DST Program, Batch 1.
During the event, the speakers shared their expertise on various topics, including “Modern Automotive Technology and Trend”, “Automotive Software Development Career”, and “Core Skill 2030.” The session was delivered to students from the Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology (ICT International Program) and the Bachelor of Science in Digital Science and Technology (DST Thai Program) at Room IT331, 3rd floor, ICT Building, Salaya Campus.
The “ICT Mahidol x NETH & TDET” event was designed to equip ICT and DST students with insights into modern automotive technologies, strengthen their understanding of key competencies required in the digital workforce, and support their career preparation in automotive software development. The activity also aimed to reinforce collaboration between the Faculty of ICT and its industry partners, enriching hands-on learning experiences and expanding future opportunities for internships and employment.
