ICT Mahidol Students Organize “ICT x DST Sport Games 2025: Programming Competition”

On February 12, 2025, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology Student Association, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), in collaboration with the Dev Club and the Office of Academic Administration, organized the “ICT x DST Sport Games 2025: Programming Competition.” This competition involved programming in various languages, including C, C++, Java, and Python. A total of 50 teams participated in the event, comprising students from the Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology (ICT International Program) and the Bachelor of Science in Digital Science and Technology (DST Thai Program). The opening ceremony was honored by Asst. Prof. Dr. Siripen Pongpaichet, Assistant Dean for Information and Systems, and President of the Dev Club, along with Asst. Prof. Dr. Thanapon Noraset, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, who delivered the opening remarks. The competition took place in the computer laboratories IT103, IT104, and IT105, 1st floor of the Faculty of ICT at Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.

The “ICT x DST Sport Games 2025: Programming Competition” is one of the activities held under the “ICT x DST Sport Games 2025” event, organized by the Student Association and student leaders from first-year to fourth-year students of both the ICT and DST Programs, in cooperation with the Office of Academic Administration. The event aims to promote and support students’ sportsmanship, strengthen relationships between students of both programs, and encourage productive use of their free time outside of their studies. The “ICT x DST Sport Games 2025” will be held from February 5 to 19, 2025, featuring ten sports competitions, including futsal, basketball, badminton, volleyball, shooting, athletics, table tennis, pétanque, and fun games such as tug-of-war and relay races. Additionally, electronic sports (E-sport) competitions will feature games like Valorant, ROV, and LeetCode.
