The Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Srisupa Palakvangsa Na Ayudhya, the instructor of ITCS 368 Information and Business Process Management, in collaboration with S. Narong Construction and Transport Co., Ltd. and S. Narong Service Co., Ltd., organized consultation activities to provide guidance for student projects on business process improvement, aimed at addressing challenges in the business sector. The activities were conducted for third-year students in the Bachelor of Science Program in Information and Communication Technology (ICT International Program) throughout Semester 1 of the Academic Year 2025, at the Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
The activity was honored by the participation of Mr. Phuwadol Samphaongoen, General Manager of S. Narong Construction and Transport Co., Ltd., and Ms. Chutima Seeluangsawat, Managing Director of S. Narong Service Co., Ltd., who is an alumna of the Faculty of ICT (Batch 4). During the session, the speakers shared company insights and professional experiences, providing valuable guidance to help students further develop and refine their project work for the course. In addition, both industry experts attended the student project presentations and offered practical recommendations.
The activity served as an integrated learning component of the course “ITCS 368 Information and Business Process Management,” emphasizing the application of academic knowledge to real business challenges. Students used actual company data for analysis and developed process-based approaches to improve internal process efficiency, under the guidance of business owners. The project provided students with opportunities to practice analytical thinking, teamwork, and the application of academic knowledge in real-world contexts, while also highlighting collaboration between the course and experienced alumni.
