On November 5, 2025, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), together with the Cybersecurity Club, organized a special talk titled “Mobile Application Penetration Testing” for first- to fourth-year students in the Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology (ICT International Program), and the Bachelor of Science in Digital Science and Technology (DST Thai program), as well as students from the Faculty of Engineering. The event took place at Computer Laboratory IT106, 1st floor, Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
The event was honored by the presence of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vasaka Visoottiviseth, Program Chair of the M.Sc. in Cyber Security and Information Assurance and Advisor to the ICT Mahidol Cybersecurity Club, who delivered the opening remarks and welcomed Mr. Weerawat Pawanawiwat, Co-Founder of Reconix Co., Ltd., and an ICT alumnus (Batch 13), as the guest speaker. He shared basic principles of mobile application penetration testing, as well as practical guidelines for vulnerability analysis and cybersecurity risk prevention. These valuable insights provided valuable learning for the participating students.
