On June 23, 2025, Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat, Dean of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), together with Dr. Suyada Hengchaiyo, Director of Wat Bowonniwet School, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish academic collaboration. On this occasion, Asst. Prof. Dr. Tipajin Thaipisutikul, Assistant Dean for Academic Services and Technology Transfer; Dr. Pisit Praiwattana, Assistant Dean for Organizational Communications and Media; Acting Capt. Ekkachai Chiangkam, Deputy Director; Mr. Peerapan Traipan; as well as teachers and students from Wat Bowonniwet School attended the signing ceremony as witnesses at Room IT404, 4th Floor, ICT Building, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.
This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aims to establish academic collaboration between the two institutions, including a special admission quota for students from Wat Bowonniwet School to pursue their studies at ICT Mahidol. The partnership is intended to enhance the knowledge and skills of both teachers and students in the field of Information Technology through practical learning experiences and collaborative activities, such as Train- -the-Trainer workshops, site visits to real workplaces, IT training camps, and academic project development. Moreover, students will be encouraged to engage in IT-related research projects to further strengthen their academic capabilities.
