On June 6, 2025, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led by Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat, the Dean, along with Dr. Petch Sajjacholapunt, Deputy Dean for Administration and Human Resource; Miss Somporn Bumrungsri, Head of the Procurement and Vehicle Management; Mr. Yuttana Jeansamoot, Deputy Head of the Engineering and Facilities; and Mr. Somsak Tanasri, Head of the Building and Landscape Unit, represented the the Sustainable Development Goals working group in receiving the “MU Green Ranking 2024: Honorable Mention” certificate. The awards and certificates were presented by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ittichote Chuckpaiwong, Vice President for Infrastructure and Environment, at the “Together for Mahidol Campus Sustainability” event, organized in celebration of World Environment Day 2025 at the Conference Room 322, 3rd floor, Mahidol Learning Center, Salaya Campus.
The “Assessment of Sustainable Environmental Development Operations for Mahidol University, Year 2024” was organized by the Division of Physical Systems and Environment at Mahidol University. Its purpose was to encourage all faculties, institutes, and departments within the university to manage resources sustainably and advance the university’s position in global sustainability rankings. Faculties, institutes, and departments at Mahidol University that received this award were assessed based on seven environmental sustainability criteria, which include organization scores, raw material indicators, energy indicators, water indicators, waste indicators, building indicators, and greenhouse gas indicators.
