ICT Mahidol instructor received “Mahidol University Researcher of the Year 2024: Rising Researcher in Science and Technology”

The Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), extends its congratulations to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suppawong Tuarob, Instructor of Computer Science Academic Group, and Head of Machine Intelligence and Knowledge Engineering (MIKE) research group, for receiving the “Mahidol University Researcher of the Year 2024: Rising Researcher in Science and Technology,” from the Research Management and Development Division, Mahidol University. The award was announced on February 15, 2024.

The objective of the “Mahidol University Researchers of the Year” is to recognize and acknowledge the dedication of professors and researchers who consistently engage in research beneficial to the academic community. Their research positively impacts the country and society, serving as an exemplary model for the new generation of researchers. This year, the awards have been granted to a total of 11 individuals across all 7 award categories: Lifetime Achievement, High Impact Researcher in Health Science, High Impact Researcher in Science and Technology, High Impact Researcher in Social Sciences, Humanities, and Arts, Rising Researcher in Health Science, Rising Researcher in Science and Technology, and Rising Researcher in Social Sciences, as well as Humanities and Arts.

The awards will be presented during the “55 years of the royally bestowed name, 136 years of Mahidol University Establishment Ceremony,” scheduled for March 2, 2024, at the Prince Mahidol Hall, Mahidol University, Salaya.
