On February 21, 2025, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology (ICT Mahidol) hosted the “MUICT Graduate Student Meet & Greet 2025” event for students in the Doctor of Philosophy program in Computer Science (International Program). The event was honored by the presence of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Worapan Kusakunniran, the Head of the Machine Vision and Information Transfer Lab (MVIT) and Program Chair of the Ph.D. in Computer Science, who gave a welcome address to the students at the Bits & Bytes Hall, 4th Floor, ICT Faculty, Mahidol University Salaya.
The event was organized to foster a sense of community among both Thai and international students in the Ph.D. program. It provided an opportunity for students to engage in discussions on research and publishing with the program’s administrative team, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Worapan Kusakunniran. Additionally, the event was attended by Asst. Prof. Dr. Thanapon Noraset, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs; Asst. Prof. Dr. Jidapa Kraisangka, Assistant Dean for Academic and Curriculum Development; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suppawong Tuarob, Instructor in the Computer Science Academic Group and Head of the Machine Intelligence and Knowledge Engineering (MIKE) research group; and Asst. Prof. Dr. Songsri Tangsripairoj, Instructor in the Computer Science Academic Group.
