ABSTRACT

As ABAC poll has revealed that 77.5 percents of Thai teenagers are facing a problem of using Thai language incorrectly and 54.5 percents of this problem is misspelling. We propose to develop a game, called Ramayana Evolve, to alleviate this problem as games could attract the teenagers to play or practice.
The project composes of two main parts that are the drawing and modeling part, and the development of the game engine. The aim of the drawing and modeling part is to create the actors and the scenes of this game. The game engine section consists of six main modules that are Score Calculation, Life Management, Skill Management, Question Management, Monster Management, and User Interface Management.
We use three main software in this project including Microsoft XNA Game Studio 3.0, Blender of the GNU General Public License, and Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Express. Furthermore, it is also an elementary tool which can be used to support misspelling research as well as adapted to be an electronic learning tool.
