Abstract

The Go game is a board game for two players that is most popular in China, Japan, and Korea. It is now worldwide including Thailand. The player plays the game by placing stones on the empty crossing position of a 19-by-19 grid board game. The Go game is a territorial game. The players protect and expand their territory to win at the end of the game. A recommended method of learning about Go is suggested in the game record that is given from stronger skill players.

For a long time, the Go game has been recorded by paper and pen. To create complete the recording of a game, the game recorder must notate many numbers on the form. AutoGoRecorder is a technology that is used to record the Go game playing from video stream processing which captures the Go stone position during the game into sgf file that is the standard of the Go file. In addition, the program can query the information about players, events, winner points, and pattern of Go Game that matches the Go game record in the database. Moreover, the program considers about the Go game records are important for improve players’ abilities. The players can recall their game playing for discover the mistakes or give the game record to professional level for some suggestion about that game. The professional game record can be a guideline for the other players.
