Abstract

In the present, emr (electronic medical record) are used in health care services for storage data from patient such as profiles, vital signs, etc. However, some physicians still use paper for recording information from patients, because they feel emrs have more complexity than record by using paper which they can write anything they want. This project develops emr to be easier for physicians to use and understand. Hence, we improve entering information by using text autocomplete function, which helps a physician to type information, such as symptoms and diagnosis, by easily and faster. When a physician is typing characters, the program will give suggested words that a physician wants to use. The suggested words are sorted by frequency of using in each word.
