Abstract

Due to the fact of competing socialize nowadays, the daily activity of most people’s daily life will going with hustle and also usually stay outside their home. From above articles, it caused the increasing range of people have to intake outside their home or buying some food from restaurant to intake. Otherwise, if they are cooking by themselves, they may not concern about the nutrient fact of their food. From these problems, it is the main causes why people get malnutrition or mismatch between food and disease. Then, the public health is declining and has more disease by observed rates of certain disease such as diabetes and hypertension are more increasing steadily.

According to the problem, life note on smartphone was developed for communication between people and nutrition fact information. They can also bring this knowledge to adapt with their daily life in the way of intake a suitable food for their life by using information and communication technology. The benefit of integrating information and communication to the program is developer can create and show the result with have more interesting through smart phone mobile with have window phone7 operation system. In the program, it is dividing into 2 cases. The first case is user can choose the ingredient and select the process of cooking. The second case is user can choose food name from the list. Then, the system will show the avatar, 6 star nutrition fact graph to the user and also health and disease information.

Developer believes that, this project will help promote the general public and also may be a point for the general public to aware of nutrition fact.
