    Many countries in the world are experiencing an aging society–a stage in which more than 14% of population is 65 years or older. The global number of elderly populations is increasing every year. Thailand is also facing this similar trend of aging population, which brings many changes in the social structure. The demand for elderly-care-related products and services are also growing rapidly, resulting in several elderly care businesses. The researchers noted that many elderly-care organizations have not considered the Enterprise Architecture (EA)–the business role and process that create the use of business data. Currently, there has been no EA for elderly care organizations clearly developed with digital
    technology which plays an important role in everyday life of people in the digital-technology-driven era. In this regard, the researchers proposed the Enterprise Architecture Framework for 4.0 Elderly Care Services to enhance the efficiency of the elderly-care via a design for the enterprise architecture platform. In an addition, data analytics will also be applied to support decision making process in business operations. It is expected that the EA framework could help elderly care organizations to attain good success in management. The EA framework can be applied to small-to-large businesses to create value and mutual benefits to both organizations and customers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
