Mr. Jiraput Thamsongkrah, 4th year Computer Networks student from the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), was selected from the “2021 STDiO CTF competition” as one of the representative students from Thailand to participate in the “Global Cybersecurity Camp (GCC)”.

The Global Cybersecurity Camp (GCC), an annual 1-week international cybersecurity training program, managed by Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Australia, Vietnam, Malaysia and Thailand, aims to strengthen cyber security skills of all representative students from the member countries. During the training, all participants will get opportunities to learn and do hands-on working on “offensive security”, without any charge. Every year, the GCC is held consecutively in rotation among host countries. However, due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, the GCC2021 this year will be organized online.

The Faculty of ICT would like to express congratulation to Mr. Jiraput Thamsongkrah for receiving such an honorable opportunity.
