ICT Mahidol organized a special lecture on the topic “ICT and International Affairs: Experiences and Perspectives from Computer Scientists in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs”

On January 31, 2024, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sudsanguan Ngamsuriyaroj, Advisor to the Dean, and Dr. Tipajin Thaipisutikul, Assistant Dean for Academic Services and Technology Transfer, who are instructors of the course ITDS201 Industry Problems and Experiences 2, organized a special talk on “ICT and International Affairs: Experiences and Perspectives from Computer Scientists in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.” On this occasion, Ms. Siriporn Supanimitwisetkul, Director of Information and Communications Technology Centre, Ms. Tarathip Saguantoy, Director of Information Systems Section, ICT Centre, Mr. Thanapoom Rimchala, Head of Consular Data and Information Centre (CDIC), Mr. Palakorn Poonperm, and Mr. Teerawut Mongkolsahakul, Computer Technical Officer, CDIC, served as the speakers. During the talk, they shared their knowledge and experiences of working in information technology at the Department of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with second-year students of the B.Sc. in Digital Science and Technology (DST Thai Program) in Room IT204 on the 2nd floor of the Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University, Salaya.
