ICT Mahidol Organized a CPR Training Workshop under the “2025 Safety, Occupational Health, and Workplace Environment Program”

    On June 16, 2025, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), organized a CPR Training Workshop under the “2025 Safety, Occupational Health, and Workplace Environment Program,” for its staff. The event was officially opened by Lect. Snit Sanghlao, Assistant Dean for Engineering and Environment, and was honored by the presence of expert speakers from the Heart Association of Thailand under the Royal Patronage and the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, who delivered practical training on essential life-saving skills.

    The workshop provided a diverse range of practical knowledge, focusing on the proper techniques of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) on individuals experiencing cardiac arrest or respiratory failure, the operation of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and first aid procedures for clearing airway obstructions. The training took place at Bits & Bytes Hall, ICT Mahidol, Salaya Campus.

    The CPR Training Workshop, held under the “2025 Safety, Occupational Health, and Workplace Environment Program” is part of the annual project on Safety, Occupational Health, and Workplace Environment, which is regularly organized by the Occupational Health, and Workplace Environment Committee of ICT Mahidol. The project aims to raise awareness and provide knowledge on workplace safety in alignment with Mahidol University’s safety policies, thereby enabling ICT Mahidol staff and students to respond appropriately and effectively in emergency situations.
