On March 11, 2024, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Thanwadee Sunetnanta, Asst. Prof. Dr. Morakot Choetkiertikul, and Dr. Chaiyong Ragkhitwetsagul, Instructors of the Computer Science Group and Software Engineering and Business Analytics Research Clusters (SEBA), along with third and fourth-year students of the B.Sc. in Information Technology and Communication (ICT International Program), welcomed Assoc. Prof. Raula Kula and Professor Dr. Minoru Okada from the Division of Information Science, NARA Institute of Science and Technology (NAIST), Japan, on their visit for discussing cooperation in student exchange and research in Software Engineering and Cybersecurity.
In the morning session, there was a joint meeting with students who had participated in the internship program at NAIST in 2023. Respectively, delegates from NAIST discussed research cooperation and student exchange with the instructor team from the SEBA Research Clusters.
In the afternoon session, a joint meeting regarding the research projects of students who have been selected to participate in the internship program at NAIST 2024.
Additionally, Assoc. Prof. Raula Kula and Professor Dr. Minoru Okada also discussed future collaborations with Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat, ICT Mahidol Dean at the Office of the Dean, the Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University, Salaya.
