ICT Mahidol signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Thai Sikh International School (TSIS)

On 5 October 2022 – The Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led by Dr. Pattanasak Mongkolwat, the Dean, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mr. Andrew Read, Head of School and Junior School Principal, Thai Sikh International School (TSIS). On this occasion, Mr. Stephen Edward Smith, Student and Alumni Engagement of ICT Mahidol, as well as Mr. Wayne Harding, Senior School Principal and Ms. Deepa Parekh, University Guidance Counsellor of TSIS joined as witnesses at the Assembly Hall, Thai Sikh International School (TSIS).

The objectives of this MoU are to build academic cooperation and strengthen the relationship between Thai Sikh International School (TSIS) and the Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), to develop TSIS students’ knowledge, capabilities, and skills in terms of Information Technology through teaching, learning, and training courses organized by the Faculty of ICT, as well as to provide opportunities for TSIS students to potentially further their studies for a bachelor degree at ICT Mahidol.

Following the MoU signing ceremony, Mr. Stephen Edward Smith gave a presentation to approximately 60 TSIS high school students about the overall information of the B.Sc. in Information and Communication Technology (ICT International Program) and admission criteria for the academic year 2023.
