ICT Mahidol received an honorable award for MU Green Ranking 2021 from the 2021 Mahidol University Environmental Sustainability Competition at Mahidol Sustainable Development Conference 2022

On 24 August 2022, the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led by Lect. Pagaporn Pengsart, Deputy Dean for Engineering and Systems, together with the Information Support Working Group for Environmental Development and Sustainability, received an honorable award for MU Green Ranking 2021 from the 2021 Mahidol University Environmental Sustainability Competition at Mahidol Sustainable Development Conference 2022. On this occasion, Prof. Banchong Mahaisavariya, President of Mahidol University, served as award presenter at Prince Mahidol Hall, Mahidol University, Salaya Campus.

The “2021 Mahidol University environmental sustainability competition” was organized by the Division of Physical Systems and Environment, Mahidol University, with the aims to encourage all faculties / institutes at Mahidol University to develop their resource management for long-term sustainability, as well as to propel the University into the global rankings for sustainability. The MU faculties / institutes were evaluated using the environmental sustainability assessment criteria in seven categories: Organization, Procurement, Electricity, Water, Waste, Building, and Greenhouse Gases (GHGs).
