On September 15, 2023 – the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), organized an operational training on, “Build LINE Chatbot without Coding” for staff, students and other interested individuals. On this occasion, Mr. Chanakarn Chinchatchawal, CEO and Founder of Robolingo Co., Ltd. (Zwiz.AI), ICT Alumnus #Batch 7, served as the keynote speaker in Roo IT333, 3rd floor, ICT Building, Salaya.
The operational training program, “Build LINE Chatbot without Coding,” aimed to provide participants with knowledge and workshops related to creating a chatbot on the Line application. This includes chatbot design, chatbot implementation (without coding), LINE Bot Tools, and ChatGPT integration. Its objectives were to help participants understand the fundamentals of creating Line Chatbots and enable them to apply this knowledge effectively.
