On 14 February 2022 – the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), organized an online “Important Buddhist Dharma on Makha Bucha Day: Principles 3, Ideology 4, Methods 6” for its executives, instructors and staff via Webex Meetings. The session was conducted by Phra Maha Maitri Punyamarinto (the 9th Grade Buddhist Theology Achiever), Vice-abbot of Wat Ratchabophit Sathitmahasimaram, Bangkok. The activity was started by the worship of the Triple Gem and receiving the 5 precepts, followed by the Dharma listening and the pouring of water of dedication.
The activity, “Important Buddhist Dharma on Makha Bucha Day: Principles 3, Ideology 4, Methods 6”, was one of the Promoting and Preserving Buddhist Cultural Heritage Activities which aimed to improve the participants’ morality and ethics on life, to encourage them to live a balance life, and to build an ethical society within the Faculty.
