On November 16, 2023 –the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology, Mahidol University (ICT Mahidol), led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Thitinan Tantidham, the instructor of the course “ITCS447 Embedded Systems and Internet of Things,” organized a special talk on “Line Chat and Dialogflow” for the 4th year students enrolled in B.Sc. in Information and Communication Technology (ICT International Program). On this occasion, Mr. Sawangpong Muadphet, Architecture Server and IoT Development Designer and Developer, as well as Managing Director of Komomi Co., Ltd., served as the guest speaker. He shared his knowledge about Dialogflow, a Google platform for building chatbots that utilizes Machine Learning to enhance the chatbot’s learning and responsiveness. It is commonly used in conjunction with LINE Bot Designer to create automated response chatbots. The session took place in Room IT212, 2nd floor, the Faculty of ICT, Mahidol University, Salaya.
